By purchasing a ticket to or attending The Social Tribe Party, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by The Social Tribe Events ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Event Details

The Social Tribe Party takes place on Saturday, 22 August 2026 at Bonsai Village, Gigiri, Nairobi, from 2:00 PM till late. Details are subject to change and ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold in waves — Early Bird (KSh 1,000), Advance (KSh 1,500), and Final Wave (KSh 2,000). Prices increase with each wave.
Tickets are limited. Purchase does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached before your arrival.
Each ticket is valid for one person and one entry only.
Tickets must be presented at the door in digital or printed form.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

3. Refunds and Transfers

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled by The Social Tribe Events.
Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us at hello@thesocialtribe.co to arrange a transfer.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds processed through the original payment method.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that The Social Tribe Party is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or force majeure), we will communicate with ticket holders as soon as possible and outline available options.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees. By attending, you agree to:

Treat all attendees, staff and organisers with respect
Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour
Follow instructions from event staff and organisers at all times
Not bring prohibited items including weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if these standards are not upheld.

6. Photography and Media

By attending The Social Tribe Party, you consent to being photographed or filmed for event documentation and promotional use by The Social Tribe Events and its partner communities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

7. Liability

The Social Tribe Events takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. However, we are not liable for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings at the event
Personal injury resulting from failure to follow event guidelines or instructions
Actions of third-party vendors or service providers at the venue

Attendance is at your own risk.

8. Alcohol and Conduct

Alcohol may be available for purchase at the venue. We encourage responsible drinking. Anyone who appears to be a danger to themselves or others as a result of intoxication will be asked to leave.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
